Participation in the Junior World Cup was part of an idea. The idea is to develop a continuous youth work in Switzerland. At the last Assembly of Delegates of the Swiss Ultimate Association, I was elected as junior coordinator. I've done a lot in the past six months for the development of young players and would like to inform this blog entry about what happened in Switzerland junior work.
follow after the next World Cup now Steps. How this will all look the same is not yet clear. However, clearly the next step and the need for other people in the youth work is to involve.
The next step is a national junior training day. All players and players from Switzerland, born in 1991 and younger are invited to attend this training day. It made exercises to teach theory and played. The training day is on

I'm also looking for people who are interested to participate in the junior work. How such a commitment will look like is not exactly predictable and depends on the number of participating juniors at the national training program.
